About Me
A FEW WORDS ABOUT ME
Experienced trainer and dedicated supporter
I earned a degree in Kinesiology specialization in Physical Therapy and Exercise Science during my college years. My journey continued as I obtained certification as a group fitness instructor at a renowned barre studio, where I honed my passion for guiding individuals toward optimal health. This experience further ignited my commitment to imparting my expertise and enthusiasm for movement. I have since launched my career in personal training and Pilates, focusing on strength training and weight loss. Additionally, I have developed specialized expertise in training golfers – enhancing their flexibility, strength, and endurance to improve their game performance.
My approach to exercise is fun but also science based. With over a decade of experience, I specialize in technical training, integrating functional elements into weightlifting and refining Pilates and Barre technique. I offer an unique and effective training regimen designed to maximize every session’s impact.

QUESTIONS?
Our training starts at the time planned and finishes after 30/60 minutes.
All sessions include a warm-up, mobility work, your specific programming (weight lifting, strength training, barre), and a proper cool down and stretch.
Absolutely not! I train all individuals with varying degrees of fitness experience. Ranging from beginner to advanced strength training, I will be able to teach, train, and educate you on proper form throughout ALL your workouts with me. We all start somewhere 🙂
YES! Absolutely. You will be guided through every exercise with proper technique through demonstrations and guided training.
Depending on your time and preference, we can plan to include light cardio within the hour session or on your own time before the session you can start your cardio routine.
Yes. Cost of transportation will be discussed based on traveled location
All payments are due during scheduling, prior to the session to secure a spot. Please notify me 24 hours in advanced to reschedule. If after the 24 hour notice passes, resulting in loss of session credit.
Weekly program splits will be sent with exercises, specific sets, reps, rest. 1-3 month program options are available. Nutrition option available.
